  12. Just wanted to say thanks for these recipes!!! The pie was the only one that had a downloadable recipe card, but the others are worthy of copying down by hand!! Unfortunately, no real directions for roasting pumpkin seeds. I’ll assume the seeds are spread in a single layer on a baking sheet (greased/lined with parchment paper or ungreased?), but not sure at what temp. to roast them or for how long. Help??? Can’t wait to give these a try!!! Yum Yum!!! :) And the pdf of the spice labels is gorgeous!!! Thanks so much!!!!
